Handwritten note addressed to Commander Groos from George C. Etheridge in Monterry Oak, California. Envelope is postmarked 2 August 1951.

Handwritten account of HMS Shearwater sailing to Madeira in November 1901 and a newspaper clipping from Thursday, 12 April 1979 containing a letter to the editor written by L.R. Ferris, nephew of George Charles Etheridge, passenger of HMS Shearwater in 1901.

Issue of "The Tiddley Times" the W.R.C.N.S. magazine, dating to January/February 1945.
